Job Description :

  • Management Day-to-Day Operations to ensure Compliance with WI and Procedures, CTA, AA and relevant Financing documents in relation to insurance coverage
  • Coordinate internal and external parties such as another departments, broker, advisor for routine
  • Review and Monitor insurance policies to minimize risk of financial loss
  • Arrange site visit for advisor, insurer and valuator in relation to insurance
  • Keep accurate records of Bank guarantee
  • Verify insurance premiums payment
  • Support ad-hoc assignment

 

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree or high in Insurance, insurance, Business, Finance or other related fields
  • 3-5 Year of experience in Insurance industry
  • Analytical thinking with attention to details
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
  • Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Good command in English
  • Good Computer skill

 

Section Manager - Procurement Technical ( 1 )

Job Description :

 

  • Planning PO issue to meet user requirements
  • Monitor key indicators in Procurement works such as PO issue, Price Record, Delivery time etc. for improve working process
  • Verify, examine, approve, revise of specification, delivery time, payment term of good/service conform with user’s requirements in order to issue PO
  • Source and evaluate potential local and oversea vendors to response to all purchase requests of Technical Products
  • Enhance and support procurement team for effective performance to meet the set up plan and target.
  • Carry out purchasing contract, coordination and documents preparation as required for procurement, shipment and payment.
  • Prepare procurement summary report on weekly and monthly basis.

 

Qualifications :

 

  • Male/Female
  • Age 35 years and above
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, Business Administration or other related field
  • Having 3 - 5 years of work experience in any management level, preferably oversea purchasing and dealing with shipment companies
  • Experience in purchasing technical electrical and mechanical spare parts will be advantage
  • Good command of English Toeic Score 500.
  • Good computer skills

Senior Officer - Contract Management & Coordinatio ( 1 )

Job Description :

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding Power Plant Administration and contractual tasks.
  • Review and process the related invoices and billings of Power Plant Dept, including verifying supporting documents, ensuring accuracy compared to their contracts, obtaining proper approvals, and routing to F&A Dept for payment.
  • Prepare point presentation to Management.
  • Manage and process incoming and outgoing correspondence and transmittals. Prepare written correspondence.
  • Manage and monitor the budgets of Power Plant Dept. Prepare monthly estimate drawdown and accrual. Update Milestone Payment Status of Power Plant EPC and TL & SS EPC Contract.
  • Set up meetings, take minutes, keep notes, and coordinate and follow up on pending issues in Power Plant and external department. 
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors for coming to work and stay at Hongsa site.
  • Collect purchasing and import list, prepare the Procurement Plan and Master List of Power Plant Department, record importation utilization quota.

Qualifications :

  • Male / Female.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Economics or other related fields.
  • 3-4 years experienced in Project Management is advantage
  • Excellent skills in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proactive, Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skill
  • Problem solving skill, result-orientation, self-motivated
  • Able to work both independent and team environment under pressure.

Senior Officer – Mine Safety ( 1 )

Job Description :

  • Advise a range of specialist areas of safety and on site safety for subcontractors to ensure continual and constant improvement of security e.g. fire regulations, hazardous substances, noise, safeguarding machinery.
  • Inspect and observe safety aspects at all mining areas and facilities on a weekly basis to identify existing conditions and any potential accident as well as define properly corrective and/or preventive measures.
  • Set up safety training programs and review the protective and preventative measures of Mining operator, contractors, and sub-contractors.
  • Prepare and submit reports covering SHE performance, accident/incident and produce statistics report to SHE Corporate for Monthly Progress Report and maintain and update SHE document and records.
  • Conduct internal audit with contractors to evaluate the system effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in contractor’s evaluation according to SHE performance and management system to ensure continual improvement.
  • Provide the instruction of SHE orientation and other related SHE trainings to mining contractors. 

Qualifications :

  • Male / Female, age 23-30 years old.
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Environmental Science, Safety engineering, Environment Management or related field.
  • Experience 1-5 years of work experience in safety technical area or environmental management, preferably in mining operation or energy sector.
  • Proactive, watchful and good coordinating skill with attention to details.
  • Good command of English.
  • Good computer skill.
